- Solicitation Amendment 0001 The purpose of this amendment is as follows: 1. The solicitation is hereby re-opened and amended to include provisions and clauses that were inadvertently left out of the original solicitation. 2. The following provisions and clauses are hereby incorporated into the solicitation: a. FAR Provision 52.225-18: Place of Manufacture b. FAR Provision 52.225-4 ALT II: Buy American - Free Trade Agreements - Israeli Trade Act Certificate c. FAR Clause 52.225-3 ALT II: Buy American - Free Trade Agreements - Israeli Trade Act 3. The quotation submission deadline is extended through 08/15/2019 at 11:00 AM ET to provide the marketplace with the opportunity to submit new or revised quotations in reference to this solicitation based on the revised set of applicable provisions/clauses. If an offeror that previously submitted a quotation(s) in response to this solicitation does not submit a new or revised quotation by this deadline, the offeror's originally submitted quotation(s) will be evaluated as the offeror's submission. However, if such offerors submit a new or revised quotation(s) by this deadline, the Government will evaluate the new or revised quotation(s). _________ Original Synopsis This is a Combined Synopsis / Solicitation for Commercial Items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 - Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation of Commercial Items - as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation is issued using simplified acquisition procedures under the authority of FAR Part 13.
