- ***The purpose of this amendment is to 1) Provide answers to timely questions received in response to RFQ 75N91019Q00128; 2) Revise 75N91019Q00128_Attachment J.1._SOW_Base; and 3) Extend the submission deadline. Please see attachments "RFQ 75N91019Q00128_Q&A" and "75N91019Q00128_Attachment J.1._SOW_00001" for more information. *** The Department of Health and Human Services, National Institutes of Health (NIH), National Cancer Institute (NCI), Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) Development Center, requires support for the NIH SBIR/ Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR) Applicant Assistance Program (AAP). This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items, prepared in accordance with format in FAR 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice, and shall be processed in accordance with FAR subpart 13.5 - Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, #7591019Q00128, is issued as a request for quote (RFQ), and includes all applicable provisions and clauses in effect through FAR Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2019-03/07-12-2019, simplified acquisition procedures for commercial items. The North American Industry Classification System code is 541611 and the business size standard is $15 million. The anticipated award shall be a firm fixed price purchase order. The Government intends to issue one award as a result of this notice. The period of performance shall be for a base period of twelve (12) months with four (4) 12-month option periods. THIS IS A TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. See attached documentation for additional information.
