- SOLICITATION The Alexandria VA Medical Center (VAMC) has a requirement for a contract to provide routine building maintenance, landscape maintenance, janitorial services, and unscheduled services/repairs for the Fort Polk Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) located at 3353 University Parkway, Leesville, LA 71446. The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, materials, equipment, transportation and supervision necessary to provide routine building maintenance, landscape maintenance, janitorial services, and unscheduled services/repairs for the Fort Polk CBOC, in complete and strict accordance with the solicitation/contract, and all attachments thereto. The expected ordering period is intended to be 10/1/2019 through 9/30/2024 but may be adjusted based on the actual date of award. This is a 100% Service-Disabled, Veteran-Owned, Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside under NAICS code 561210. All responsible SDVOSBs may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. All interested parties must be registered as a SDVOSB in the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs Vendor Information Pages (VIP) as of both the response due date of this solicitation and the date of contract award, as well as being registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov on the date of contract award. In accordance with solicitation provision 52.237-1, an organized site visit will be conducted. Interested vendors are instructed to contract Ms. Loria Jackson at 318-357-3306, no later than August 23, 2019, for the specific meeting date, time, and location for this site visit. Interested parties must submit all questions concerning the solicitation, in writing, via email to the Contracting Officer. Questions must be submitted by email to james.hunt2@va.gov and, received no later than September 3, 2019. Questions submitted after this date may not be answered. Quotes are required to be received in the contracting office no later than 4:30PM local time on September 12, 2019, or the date indicated in block 8 of the Standard Form 1449.
