- Description
- The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Region 4, is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for aerial invasive treatment spray at the Wheeler NWR. This procurement is being solicited as a small business set-aside. The NAICS code is 115310, with a size standard of $7.5 million dollars annually. This requirement is being procured in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and an award will be made in accordance with FAR Part 13.5. It will also incorporate the procedures of FAR Part 37, Service Contracting. This work entails providing all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and/or other items necessary to effectively meet the Performance Work Statement. The required period of performance date is on or about April 15, 2020 to May 30, 2020. A firm-fixed purchase order will be awarded to 1 (one) Offeror providing the best value to the Government. Evaluation of interested firms will be based on these factors: Lowest price. The price evaluation will determine whether the proposed price is realistic, complete, and reasonable in relation to the solicitation requirements, government estimate, and competitive quotes. Proposed price must be entirely compatible with the technical proposal. Solicitation package number 140F0419Q0196 will include the technical specifications required for each proposal. Documents will be posted to www.fbo.gov on or about August 19, 2019. Contractors must be registered in System For Award Management (SAM), in order to receive a Government contract award.
