Description

Pre-Solicitation Notice The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Asheville VAMC has a need for Hazardous Material waste pick-up service. The contractor shall provide all materials and supplies necessary to provide the needed services. A formal Request for Quote (RFQ) will be issued on or about 13 August 2019 via Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website via https://www.fbo.gov/. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract in accordance with all terms, conditions, provisions, and specifications of the solicitation. The anticipated performance period will be a base plus option year contract starting on 1 October 2019 through 29 September, 2024. The applicable NACIS code is 562211 with a size standard is $38.5 Million. This acquisition will be issued as a SDVOSB set aside. All potential offerors are responsible for monitoring and downloading all documents including amendments at the FedBizOpps website without further notification from the Contracting Officer. To be eligible for award, contractors must be registered in the following: SAM database at https://www.sam.gov Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses must be registered and verified in VetBiz.
