Description

The USPFO Contracting Office, Virginia (VA) intends to issue a sole-source award to Cox Telecommunication and Cage Code 4PBA7 for cable internet Services at Fairfax Readiness Center, located at 9797 Braddock Road, Fairfax VA 22032. Cable internet services are need to support specific activities at Fairfax Readiness Center. The contract will be awarded for the period of September 30, 2019 to September 29, 2019 with two (2) option periods. This acquisition will be procured in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) that the circumstance of this contract action deem only a single source is reasonably available. The North American Industry Classification System (NASICS) code for this requirement is 517311 with the size standard of 1,500 employees. This notice is not a formal solicitation. This notice is not considered a Request for Quotation (RFQ). No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be honored. No purchase order will be awarded on the basis of quotation or offers received in response to this notice. Any response to this notice must show clear, compelling, and convincing evidence that competition will be advantageous to the Government. If no affirmative written response is received, the purchase order will be awarded without further notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
