Description
1. This is a Firm-Fixed-Price Request for Quotes (RFQ) for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 13.106, as supplemented with additional information included in this RFQ. FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, and FAR Part 37, Service Contracting, apply. 2. See Addendum 1.0 to 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items (OCT 2018), for Submission Instructions Specific to this Solicitation. 3. See Addendum 1.0 to 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items (OCT 2018), for site-visit coordination information. 4. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2019-05, Effective August 13, 2019 and the Department of the Interior Acquisition Regulation System (DIAR). 5. This procurement is set aside, pursuant to the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 6.2, Full and Open Competition After Exclusion of Sources, as Total Small Business under NAICS code 561730, Landscaping Services, with a size standard of $7.5 Million. The Government anticipates award of one firm fixed price purchase order. 6. 41 U.S.C. chapter 67, Service Contract Labor Standards (formerly known as the Service Contract Act of 1965), the applicable provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938, as amended (29 U.S.C. 201, et seq.), and related Secretary of Labor regulations and instructions (29 CFR Parts 4, 6, 8, and 1925) are applicable to this contract. See Attachment 0001 for the applicable U.S. Department of Labor Wage Determination. 7. Submitted offers shall be valid for 60 calendar days from the date specified for receipt of offers. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (14-AUG-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
