Description

This is a NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT. The Army Contracting Command Aberdeen Proving Ground, Tenant Contracting Division, 6565 Surveillance Loop, Aberdeen Proving Ground MD 21005 has a requirement to procure services of SAS Enterprise Annual software updates, upgrades, patches, etc. for a base year only, in support of Public Health Command (PHC), located at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland. Base SAS for 5 PC Users, Windows. Annual Maintenance for site 431638. Period of Performance of 4/1/2019 - 3/31/2020. Qty: 1 SAS/STAT for 5 PC Users, Windows. Annual Maintenance for site 431638. Period of Performance of 4/1/2019 - 3/31/2020. Qty: 1 SAS Access to PCFF for 5 PC Users, Windows. Annual Maintenance for site 431638. Period of Performance of 4/1/2019 - 3/31/2020. Qty: 1 The Government intends to award a firm-fixed priced sole source purchase order to Executive Information Systems (EIS) 6901 Rockledge Drive, Suite 600 P.O. Box 34076 Bethesda, MD 20827-0076. PHC requests the purchase of the above. See attached justification for more details. The associated North America Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 511210 and the Business Size Standard is $38.5M. All response received within 10 days after date of publication of this notice will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement no later than 10:00 AM EST, August 23, 2019. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government in future procurements.
