Description

This is not a request for quotes; this is a notice of the government's intent to award a firm fixed price contract on a sole source basis to Cinemassive Displays, LLC pursuant to FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The US Marine Corps intends on continuing a current Cinemassive Displays management system. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotations, however interested parties may identify their interests and capability to respond to this requirement by 09:00 AM 16 Aug 2019, EST by e-mail to Robert.mcdonald@socom.mil. A determination by the Government not to compete this contract is contained in the attached justification & approval document. This notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement for future requirements of this nature. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (14-AUG-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
