- The Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) is seeking eligible small businesses capable of performing janitorial services at Naval Support Activity (NSA) Bethesda for one year starting on 03/01/2020 through 2/28/2021. The current annual value of $18 million (Recurring Work) and an estimated value of $186,000 (Non-Recurring Work) for the most recent option year. This notice does NOT constitute a request for proposal, request for quote, or invitation for bid. The intent of this notice is to identify potential Offerors for market research purposes. This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE to identify Small Businesses with the capacity, experience, and interest in the janitorial services at Naval Support Activity (NSA) Bethesda in Bethesda, Maryland. The janitorial Recurring Work are summarily described as: Provide all labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment, facilities, transportation, incidental engineering, and other items necessary to provide janitorial services at Naval Support Activity Bethesda and Walter Reed National Military Medical Center, Bethesda, Maryland. Non-Recurring work (IDIQ) examples are task orders for labor and materials for repairs in excess of Recurring services. Interested sources should not only demonstrate capability in the services described above, but also demonstrate the ability to transition to 100% operational capability within 14 days. The NAICS Code is 561720 Janitorial Services with corresponding Size Standard is $18 million. Interested contractors are to submit the following information: company name, address, point of contact, telephone number, e-mail address, DUNS; information regarding your company ™s experience in performing facility support services as the prime contractor in the last five years identifying: contracting agency, contract number, title, place of performance, years of performance, value of contract per year, etc. Please use the Questionnaire form only.
