- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is Carson4CABEA0002 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-05. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 333413 with a small business size standard of 500.00 employees. This requirement is a [ Small Business ] set-aside and only qualified offerors may submit bids. The solicitation pricing on www.UnisonMarketplace.com will start on the date this solicitation is posted and will end on 2019-08-22 17:00:00.0 Eastern Time or as otherwise displayed at www.UnisonMarketplace.com. FOB Destination shall be Fort Carson, CO 80913 The MICC End User requires the following items, Brand Name or Equal, to the following: LI 001: Buy is for a Downdraft Table (flat-top) which will be utilized to reduce exposure to Hexavalent Chromium [Cr(VI)]produced during sanding operations on aircraft (helicopter) main rotor blades. Filtration must meet requirements of CFR 1910.1026(b) by including a high-efficiency particulate air [HEPA] filter that is at least 99.97 percent efficient in removing mono-dispersed particles of 0.3 micrometers in diameter or larger. HEPA filter may be internal or external to table, but if external must not obstruct ends nor one (1x) long edge of table. Table will be utilized to preform work on helicopter main rotor blade, therefore the blade must be able to be laid on the table long ways and removed without obstruction. To achieve this goal at least one side of the long edge of the table must be open (free of obstructions) while both ends (short edges) of the table must be open (free of obstructions) to allow the blade to be moved on, along, and off of the table [refer to attached concept sketch). Noise level of system must be at or below 84 decibels. Entire system must be able to roll through a standard double door (72" x 83").
