- The United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 with RTI International, to provide support services to the EPA, Office of Air Quality Planning and Standards (OAQPS) under contract titled "Support for Metals, Minerals and Energy Sectors", EP-D-11-084, for an additional 6,500 level of effort labor hours to be utilized to extend the contract which expires September 30, 2019, by two (2) months extension with one (1) 3 months option, until February 29, 2020. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (15-AUG-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
