Description
GREENVILLE VET CENTER DELINEATED AREA MAP AND DESCRIPTION The Department of Veterans Affairs desires to lease space with a minimum of 4,158 usable square feet, 5,894 rentable square feet in Greenville, NC area for the use as a Veteran Care Center (medical office). The space can either be a freestanding building or space within an existing building. On-site parking of approximately 25 parking spaces is required for the VA use. Onsite parking consistent with current State of North Carolina and Department of Veteran Affairs guidelines is required. VA requires a full-service lease for a lease term not exceed a ten (10) year base period, plus ten (10) one- year renewal options, for a total of twenty (20) years. All space must be handicapped accessible in compliance with the American with Disabilities Act (ADA) and other governing standards for persons with disabilities.
