RFQ #: 36C24819Q1283 CARIBBEAN VA HEALTHCARE SYSTEM PROJECT TITLE: Puerto Rico (PR) Workstations This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services/items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 in conjunction with FAR Part 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) 36C24819Q1283. Network Contracting Office (NCO) 8 intends to award a fixed price contract for the VA Caribbean Healthcare System to purchase Personal Protective Equipment carts and Skin Care Treatment carts. RELEVANT INFORMATION Quote shall be valid for 60 days from the close date of this RFQ. Please see RFQ for detailed description of requirements. Questions or comments must be provided to the Contract Specialist in writing via email no later than August 20, 2019 at 1:00 PM EST. Answers will be posted no later than August 21, 2019 at 4:30 PM EST. Telephone and other means of oral communication is not permitted. Quotes are due on August 28, 2019 at 1:00 PM EST.
