- NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE, Omicron Power Factor Test Equipment Ref. No. 140R3019Q0105 This solicitation is being advertised as a noncompetitive sole source solicitation, because there is only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The Bureau of Reclamation has a requirement for the following Omicron power factor test equipment: 1 ea - Omicron CP TD15 High voltage supply for rotating machinery. 2ea ¿ CP CR600 25H compensating reactor. 1 ea ¿ CP CR600 50H compensating reactor. 1ea ¿ CP CR600 100H compensating reactor. The NAICS for this action is 334515 - Instrument Manufacturing for Measuring and Testing Electricity and Electrical Signals. Award is anticipated in September 2019. The resulting contract will be a firm, fixed-priced award. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or capability statement no later than September 5, 2019 at 9am PST, which shall be considered by the agency. The contract award information will be posted on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website at http://www.fedbizopps.gov.
