Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Great Lakes Acquisition Center (GLAC) intends to issue Solicitation 36C252-19-Q-0818 for Janitorial Services for areas in Buildings 45 and 200 including the Kitchen, Patriot Store, Cafeteria, 2 Restrooms, and the Starbucks Coffee Kiosk at the Edward Hines Jr. VA Hospital (VAH) located in Hines. It is anticipated that the RFP will be issued on or around 20 August 2019. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform janitorial services for the Hines VAH Kitchen, Patriot Store/Cafeteria (including 2 restrooms), and the Starbucks Coffee Kiosk. The VA intends to award a single Firm Fixed Price contract for a base year and four (4) one year option periods. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 561720. This procurement will be an SDVOSB set-aside.
