- **ALL FIRMS ARE INSTRUCTED NOT TO CALL THE INDIVIDUAL VA MEDICAL CENTERS REQUESTING MORE INFORMATION. ** CONSTRUCTION PROJECT This project includes work covers the furnishing of labor, materials, and supervision for a remodel construction of the new Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder Clinic Team (PCT). This location is a backfill of a suite vacated by the VA s PMRS clinic some years ago. It is a 7,000-square foot vacated suite in the center of hospital s 1st floor. The Statement of Work (SOW) defines the effort required for the completion of work. The Government will not reimburse the firm for their proposal preparation costs. Interested parties are strongly encouraged to attend a site visit; date, time and location of site visit still to be determined. Information regarding the site visit will be indicated in the solicitation when posted. All offerors are urged and expected to attend the site visit. Due to anticipated response and limited space, please limit the number of attendees in your group Statement of Work, Specifications, and Drawings will be issued as attachments to the solicitation. This notice is issued by NCO-22 Gilbert, Located in Tucson Arizona. However, work be performed at the following VA facility: PHOENIX VA HEALTH CARE SYSTEM (PVAHCS): 650 E Indian School Rd Phoenix, AZ 85012 This construction project will be solicited as a Total set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS code) for this procurement is 236220 - Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. Small Business concerns for this NAICS code have a size standard of $35.6M. The resulting contract will be a firm fixed construction contract. The period of performance of the contract is intended to be 275 calendar days after Notice to Proceed, with no options included. The anticipated Range of Magnitude for this project, in accordance with VAAR 836.204 is projected to be: Between $1,000,000 and $2,000,000. It is strongly recommended that interested parties register in the US Department of Veterans Affairs Vet Biz database and the Small Business Administration (SBA) database. Registration may be accomplished at http://www.vip.vetbiz.gov/ and www.sba.gov/, respectively. The Government will not pay any costs for responses submitted.
