Description

This solicitation constitutes public notice of intent to purchase relocation services for telecommunications equipment. The intended source is Unify Inc., 2650 N. Military Trail, Boca Raton, FL 33431 USA. It is intended that this requirement will be negotiated on an other than full and open competition basis in accordance with 10 USC 2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) and FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii). All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all submissions received by 23 August 2019, 11 AM EST. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This solicitation is published for informational purposes only. The proposed source, Unify Inc., is the only authorized company to move this telecommuncation equipment and reinstall correctly for the connection to be reestablished without voiding the warranty of current contract FA445218P0010. Contract FA445218P0010 with Unify Inc. is for the Maintenance and Sustainment Warranty of Command Post Console Systems for bases in the Air Mobility Command (AMC) to include Dover AFB. The Government does not intend to pay for any information received in response to this announcement. Each quotation shall state that proposed unit prices will remain in effect for at least 60 calendar days after date of proposal receipt. All responses shall be sent to the attention of Talaya Jones, by way of email at talaya.jones.2@us.af.mil.
