The Government proposes to acquire on a five-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, a minimum quantity of 75 each up to 250 each maximum of a HOUSING REDUCTION GEAR; NSN: 2840-01-667-9103; Part Number: 116193-300A; minimum quantity of 51 up to 150 maximum COMBUSTION CHAMBER; NSN: 2835-01-419-2118; Part Number; 116112-201; and a minimum of 200 each up to 540 maximum CONTROL ASSEMBLY; NSN: 2835-01-516-4776; Part Number: 4505451applicable to the BE UH-60 Blackhawk weapon system. Production Lead Time without First Article Testing for part number 116193-300A is 75 each, for part number 116112-201 is 200 each and for part number 4505451 is 51 each with 720 and 360 Days After Contract Award (DACA) with deliveries to CHERRY POINT, NC, 28533-5040. This item is restricted to AAR PARTS TRADING, INC., CAGE: 1Y249 and UNITED TECHNOLOGIES CORPORATION, CAGE: 55820. This part must be acquired from a manufacturing source(s) that is specified on the Source Control Drawing (or Selected Item Drawing or Altered Item Drawing). Suitable technical data, Government data rights, or manufacturing knowledge are not available to permit acquisition from other sources, nor qualification testing of another part nor use of a second source part in the intended application. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves.
