- Description
- The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis for the Qty 4 EA;Broadband I-Q Vector Modulators P/N 7218; Qty 10 EA; Broadband, Non-Reflective SP6T PIN Diode Switch, P/N F9160W-5186; and Qty 8 EA; Multi-Octave 10 Bit Digital PIN Diode Attenuator in accordance with FAR Part 12 and 13. This requirement is sole sourced Kratos / General Microwave, 227A Michael Drive, Syosset, NY 11791 due to these device have unique features with specialized RF characteristics and are direct replacement of existing hardware that is already in use. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, any firm believing it can fulfill the requirement identified above may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice, which shall be considered by the agency. The written response shall reference solicitation number N6893619Q0395 and provide a capability statement that clearly indicates the firm's experience, assets, background, and ability to perform the required work without compromising the quality, accuracy, reliability, and schedule. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered by the agency.
