- This Sources Sought Notice/Request for Information is being posted to satisfy the requirement under the Defense Acquisition Regulations Supplement PGI 206.302-1(d). The Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) intends to award on a sole source basis to Teledyne e2v (UK) Limited, 106 Waterhouse Lane, Chelmsford, Essex, UK 21401 for the following manufactured products: Requirement for 2.5 MW L-Band RF Safe-stop unit with Mechanical Beam Steerer Under the authority 10 USC 2304(c) (1), FAR 6.302-1, the government intends to issue a sole source contract to Teledyne e2v. This is a sole source notice published for informational purposes only and not a request for competitive proposals. However, all responsible sources may submit their technical capabilities, which, if received within 7 calendar days of publication of this notice, shall be considered by NSWCDD. All responses must be submitted to the government point of contact at the email address shown below. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (30-MAY-2019).
