- Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source to: Northrop Grumman Systems Corp., 4065 Colonel Glenn Highway, Beavercreek, OH 45431. The Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC Pacific), code 22530, hereby publicizes its intention to solicit, negotiate, and award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis with Northrop Grumman Systems Corp. under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This action will be conducted under FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13. The supplies listed below are for a renewal of software that was customized for a Government project, and meets specific critical design, functional, and operational requirements necessary for mission support. The requirement is for the purchase of the following: ITEM 0001: 1 year Maintenance RePLACE Licenses 10/15/2019 thru 10/14/2020 Manufacturer: Northrop Grumman Systems Corp. QTY: 4 ITEM 0002: 1 year Maintenance VIEWstation Licenses 10/15/2019 thru 10/14/2020 Manufacturer: Northrop Grumman Systems Corp. QTY: 3 This notice of intent is NOT a request for quote. A determination by the government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the government. The applicable NAICS Code is 511210 and the business size standard is $41.5 million. The point of contact for this announcement is Lawrence Chu at Lawrence.chu@navy.mil. Be advised that the aforementioned information is anticipatory in nature and is not binding. This notice is not a request for quotes; however, any firm believing that they can fulfill the requirement may be considered by the agency.
