- NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: Letterkenny Army Depot intends to issue a sole source, Hybrid Time and Materials and Firm-Fixed Price service contract for labor support including Maintenance; Manufacturing; Recapitalization, Reset and Modernization; Technical Support; Weapon Systems Maintenance, Logistical Services in support of Production Management; Staffing Services in Support of Logistics Modernization Program (LMP); Information Technology (IT) Support, and Production Management at Letterkenny Army Depot to Bowhead Integrated Support Services, LLC, 6564 Loisdale Court, Suite 900, Springfield, Virginia, 22150-1822, CAGE code: 79JS8. The period of performance of this contract will include one twelve (12) month base year period. The 2017 North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code 561210 - Facilities Support Services, the size standard is $38.5M and the service code is M1EC. The Statutory Authority permitting Other than Full and Open Competition for this action is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(2) as implemented by FAR Part 6.302-2(a)(2) - Unusual and Compelling Urgency. Solicitation number W911N2-19-R-0028 will be released on or about 26 August 2019, with a closing date on or about 4 September 2019. The annotated closing date for the solicitation is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the release of the solicitation. The solicitation will not close prior to the annotated closing date. A copy of the solicitation can be downloaded from https://www.fbo.gov on or about 26 August 2019. All interested sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by this agency. It is noted that offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) Database to receive a Government contract award. Offerors may register for SAM at: https://www.sam.gov.
