- DLA Land at Aberdeen anticipates issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) on or about September 1, 2019 for a ten(10) year, five (5) year and five (5) option years, Firm-Fixed Price (FFP), Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity (ID/IQ) type contract, with an estimated maximum contract value of $49,999,995.
