ALL QUESTIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN WRITING VIA EMAIL TO THE CONTRACTING OFFICER. ~*~ The FAA, Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center (MMAC), Supporting Mission Support Services, AJV-A in Oklahoma City, OK 73169 has a requirement to furnish the 1st floor of the ANF-1 Building with new Powered System Furniture. There will be two (2) optional add-ons for Modular walls and laminate manager work stations. Also with the new furniture, the vendor will need to provide an estimate for the design and installation of all proposed furniture solutions IAW the official requirements package. The responses to this market survey will be used for informational purposes only. This is not a Screening Information Request (SIR) or request for proposal of any kind. The FAA is not seeking or accepting unsolicited proposals. The FAA will not pay for any information received or costs incurred in preparing the response to this market survey. Therefore, any cost associated with a market survey submission is solely at the interested vendor s expense. At this time the nature of the competition has not been determined. The FAA may decide to do a full and open competition or set aside all or part of the procurement for small businesses or eligible socially and economically disadvantaged businesses that are certified by the SBA for participation in the SBA's 8(a) Program and or utilize the General Services Administration s (GSA) eBuy program. The purpose of this market survey is to solicit statements of interest and capabilities from small businesses, service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses, 8(a) certified firms, and all other business types and sizes, interested in and capable of providing the requested system and companion furniture. In order to assist with acquisition strategy development and to gain a better understanding of the commercial marketplace, the FAA requests the following: MARKET SURVEY FOR -- ANF1 1st Floor Furniture - Powered Systems Furniture (143/each) - Various S.F. Office Wall Enclosures (7/each) Option 1 Add-on - Laminate Manager Work Station w/ sit-to-stand (14/each) Option 2 Add-on - Design & Installation at MMAC, OKC, OK The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) codes and size standards for this effort: NAICS - 337214 - Office Furniture (Except Wood) Manufacturing Size Standard 1000 The intent of this announcement is to permit companies an opportunity to provide specific information as to their unique capabilities to provide such support. Only those responses providing the required documentation in response to this market survey will be considered prior to any further action by the FAA. In order to make the determination the FAA requires the following information from interested Vendors included with Vendor Capability Statement: *ALL submittals sent from Vendor to FAA via e-mail must identify: 1. GSA Contract # (if applicable) 2. General Vendor/Manufacturer s Information Sheet: (Including Contact Information, DUNS#, Cage Code, GSA contract # etc.) 3. Vendor Duns Number - as assigned in WWW.SAM.GOV ; 4. Identify Business Type and Size in response (I.E. 8A, SDVOB, Women, Small, Large) 5. If you are an authorized dealer for a furniture manufacturer, identify the manufacturer of the furniture components proposed; then supply the authorized dealer s company name and address. 6. Identify if you can provide all of the items workstations, office wall enclosures and laminated manager work stations. Clearly identify these products. Respondents to this announcement may be asked to provide additional details / information based on their initial submittal. The final determination by the FAA to open or not to open this requirement to competition, based on any information provided, is solely within the discretion of the FAA. Again, this is ONLY a Market Survey. All responses to this market survey must be received by 5:00 p.m. CST by Monday, August 26, 2019 via email.
