- DESCRIPTION: The Mark Twain National Forest (managed by the USDA Forest Service) is advertising a construction project for the Eleven Point Ranger District in Southern Missouri. The Contractor will be required to provide all transportation, material, labor, supervision, equipment, operators, tools, supplies, licenses, permits and other incidentals as required in the Schedule of Items and Specifications of the solicitation necessary to perform the services. CONTRACTOR QUALIFICATIONS: Interested parties are advised that registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) database is required prior to award of a contract. There is no cost for registration in SAM when registration is completed on the official SAM website (www.sam.gov). SET-ASIDE: This procurement is set-aside 100% for small business concerns. The NAICS code is 237990-Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction. The Small Business size standard is $36.5 Million. SOLICITATION DOCUMENTS: Solicitation 1264R419Q0009 is being issued as an RFQ and will be awarded as a firm fixed price contract. The solicitation and related documents will only be issued electronically via FedBizOpps and are expected to be available for downloading on or around April 23, 2019 from FedBizOpp's web address: http://www.fbo.gov. All responsible sources may submit a bid which, if timely received, shall be considered by the agency.
