- NUWCDIVNPT intends to award a Firm Fixed Price purchase order on a sole-source basis to Teledyne D.G. Obrien (TDGO), 162 Corporate Dr., STE 100, Portsmouth, NH 03801 (Cage Code: 17476). The uniquely designed cable TDGO developed is source controlled and TDGO is the approved source of supply as detailed in the Sole Source Justification attached. The circumstances of the contract action deem only one source available. The pre-solicitation has been waived per FAR 5.202(a)(13). NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (22-AUG-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
