- Page 2 of 2 The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office, NCO 15, intends to release a commercial Full and Open Competition after Exclusion of Sources solicitation for the purchase of two (2) Electromyograph (EMG) Systems. The Place of Performance is at the Colmery O Neil VA Medical Center located in Topeka, KS. All solicitation details, to include full specifications will be included in the Request for Quote, which will be released between now and on or about August 23, 2018. Any contractor who wishes to receive a copy of the RFQ should monitor this posting. Contracting point of contact: email address is Courtney.Chattman@va.gov. IAW VAAR 819.7005, this requirement shall be set-aside for SDVOSBs. The NAICS for this requirement is 334510.
