- DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS AFFAIRS PHOENIX PROSTHETICS INDUSTRY DAY The Department of Veterans Affairs, Phoenix VA Health Care System, Carl T. Hayden Veterans Affairs Medical Center, will be hosting an Industry Day geared towards prosthetics needs to allow vendors to meet with the customers. The event is free of charge. This is a great opportunity to speak with and showcase products that will help our veterans. The Industry Day will be held on Tuesday, September 24th and Wednesday, September 25th from 11:00 am until 4:00 pm PST at the Phoenix VA Hospital located at 650 E. Indian School Road, Phoenix, Arizona, in the basement quads. Vendors may begin setting up at 11:00 am and event begins at noon and ends at 4:00 pm. Vendors may attend any one of the two days, but not both days. This will allow all vendors to have an opportunity to attend as space is limited. Please register early to ensure a spot at the event.
