- This requirement is to provide the services of 4 Resource Efficiency Managers (REMs) at Ft Bragg, North Carolina (2 REMS), Ft Campbell, Kentucky (1 REM) and Ft Benning, Georgia (1 REM). The REMs services will be in support of multiple IMCOM installations efforts to reduce energy and water consumption, greenhouse gas emissions, utilities costs, and comply with all applicable energy related federal laws and Executive Orders, to include but not limited to the Energy Policy Act of 2005 (EPACT 2005), Executive Order 13423 "Strengthening Federal Environmental, Energy, and Transportation Management" and the Energy Independence and Security Act (EISA) of 2007.
