- NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Network Contracting Office 7 (NCO 7) intends to award a sole source contract award to TSE Systems, Inc. 186 Chesterfield Ind. Blvd. Chesterfield, MO 63005 USA. The Period of Performance for Contract Award will be one year. Contractor shall furnish all items and services that are listed on the accompanying attachment to the Dorn VA Medical center located at 6439 Garners Ferry Road, Bldg. 9 Rm 206, Columbia, SC 29209. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES; however, any firm that believes it can meet the requirements may give written notification prior to the response due date and time. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to perform the requirements. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Responses are due by August 30th 2019, 3:00 p.m. (ET). Responses shall be submitted via e-mail to Michael.giffon@Va.Gov. Telephone requests or inquires will not be accepted.
