- INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office (NCO 6), intends to enter into a sole source procurement with TeraRecon Inc.; 4000 E 3rd Ave Ste 200; Foster City CA 94404. The procurement is for the upgrade to the existing Aquarius Rendering Servers and Software. The Government shall only accept the Aquarius iNtuition Rendering Server and Software Package as this is a brand name only acquisition. NAICS code 511210 applies to this procurement with a size standard of 38.5 Million. The proposed contract action is for supplies with incidental services for which the Government intends to procure from one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-5. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to meet this requirement. Vendors must be authorized by TeraRecon Inc. to provide and install the above equipment and software and shall provide proof to that extent. This notice of Intent is not a request for quotations. Interested parties who believe they can meet this requirement shall submit information to: Katie Lavely, Contracting Officer, at Katie.Lavely@va.gov. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted. Responses must be received no later than 08:00 am, EST on August 27, 2019. All information shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government.
