- The United States Department of Commerce (DOC), National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), Acquisition Management Division (AMD) intends to negotiate, on a sole source basis, with Qdevil ApS; Fruebjergvej 3 - 2100 Copenhagen - Denmark for the acquisition of one (1) motherboard low-temperature printed circuit board (PCB) and 50 daughter low-temperature PCBs to be utilized by NIST's Physical Measurements Laboratory (PML). The statutory authority for this acquisition is FAR 13.106-1(b). NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (22-AUG-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
