- This is a synopsis of a proposed contract action in accordance with FAR subpart 5.2. The Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Pacific intends to issue purchase order N66001-19-P-7065 on a sole source basis to HawkEye360 to provide satellite based geolocation of VHF, AIS, and shipboard RADAR signals. This notice of intent is NOT a request for quote. A determination by the Government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the Government. Interested parties may contact Peaches Francis via email at peaches.francis@navy.mil by the closing date of this notice. Questions by phone or fax will not be considered. All responding vendors must be registered to the System for Award Management (SAM); DUNS and CAGE codes must be fully registered in the system. Information can be found at https://www.sam.gov.
