This is a Simplified Acquisition Proposal Request (SAPR) for subject project to be awarded pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13 and the specific requirements outlined in this request with attachments. Headquarters (HQ) Air Mobility Command (AMC) / Surgeon General (SG) requires Transport Isolation System (TIS) Shelf Life Extension Inspection for the use at Scott AFB, IL 62225. The expected Period of Performance (PoP) is 01 Sep 19 - 31 Mar 2020.
