- Solicitation N00421-19-T-0063 is issued as a synopsis/solicitation. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit the proposed purchase order on a brand name or equal basis under the authority of FAR 52.211-6. Products must be Northeast CNC Technologies, under the authority of FAR Part 12 & FAR Part 13. The requested items must be Northeast CNC Technologies to maintain the compatibility of all the equipment that is used in the machine shop, along with the specific size is needed to fit in a specific location in the machine shop. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (22-AUG-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
