- The Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) hereby publishes this solicitation for the procurement of five (5) 12-month subscriptions to DataStax Enterprise (DSE). This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this requirement is N66001-19-Q-6754. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2019-01 and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) Publication Notice 20180928. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The clauses can be accessed in full text at www.farsite.hill.af.mil or https://acquistion.gov/far/. This solicitation is a full and open competition. Description of requirements: The proposed action is for a brand-name specific, firm fixed price contract for DataStax Enterprise, which will be used to stand up multiple databases within the Model Based Systems Engineering environment, which will meet the required cyber security requirements.
