Description

This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This combined synopsis/solicitation is available at both FedBizOpps.gov (https://www.fbo.gov/) and NECO (http://www.neco.navy.mil/). The Request for Quote (RFQ) number is N00244-19-Q-0273. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAR FAC 2005-101 effective 26 October 2018 and DFARS current to DPN 20180928 effective 28 September 2018. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions included in both FAR and DFARS. The clauses may be accessed in full text at this address: http://farsite.hill.af.mil/. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. The procurement shall be fulfilled by Matec Instrument Companies, Inc DBA Matec Applied Sciences, 56 Hudson St Ste 3, Northborough, MA 01532-1968. Quotes will ONLY be accepted from Matec Instrument Companies, Inc DBA Matec Applied Sciences. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (22-AUG-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
