36C10E19Q0301 RO Honolulu Courier Services FY20 The Office of Administration & Facilities (OA&F) Acquisition Division plans to award, under Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures, a single firm-fixed-price service contract to provide RO Honolulu courier services every Federal Government workday; the Courier will pick up mail at RO Honolulu s United States Postal Post Office Box and deliver the mail to RO Honolulu by 10:30am each morning. Quotes will not be considered from any Offeror not verified as a Services Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) by the Center for Veterans Enterprise (CVE). To be eligible for this 100% SDVOSB set-aside the Offeror must have a current SDVOSB verification from CVE when the contract is awarded, and the SDVOSB must be a Small Business under NAICS 492210. Quotes must be delivered to grady.baxter@va.gov no later than the time and date in Block 8 of the SF 1449. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (22-AUG-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
