What are the Voltage requirements? ANSWER # 1: POWER: 208-volt 3ph 50amp or NO BIGGER than 60amp VOLTAGE: 208-volt 3ph 50amp or NO BIGGER than 60amp QUESTION #2: What is the size type of pans? ANSWER #2: 12 x20 x1 (12 ea) 12 x20 x2.5 (12 ea) 18 x26 (6 ea) 12 x20 (12 ea) QUESTION #3: Are these counter top or floor models? ANSWER #3: Floor models that sit on a stand (as quoted) QUESTION #4: Do you have the model number? ANSWER #4: Convotherm C4 ET 6.20EB but accept like product. However, the end user is very adamant about the safety clearances as referenced in the salient characteristics. QUESTION #5: a) Is removal of old units required? b) Just set in place, or final connections? ANSWER #5: Complete installation and verification that everything works. As part of the installation, would like the old unit(s) removed and discarded accordingly. The delivery address is a Warehouse. The vendor we are working with needs to know if you are going to move this into the end building yourself and then want them to install it, or if the vendor will need to move it a second time into the end building? ANSWER #: 6: Delivery and set-up to the actual location by the vendor (F.O.B delivery). The component to be the vendor s responsibility until up and running and verified by the VA employee. LOCATION: Building 150 Rm 101A, Nutrition kitchen- next to the Library. To be delivered through a double door on the side of the room. Specific details to be coordinated with the designated POC, post award. NOTE: QUOTED SPECS AND SAFETY EQUIPMENT FUNCTIONS WILL BE VERIFIED- DELIVERED PRODUCT MUST BE EXACT MATCH.
