Description

The National Institutes of Health (NIH), The National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) intends to negotiate on an other than full and open basis with the vendor IDEXX Laboratories, One IDEXX Drive, Westbrook, MA 04092 for Analyzers. 1). 2 Chemistry Analyzers - Research Catalyst One, 1 Research VetLab St, 2 Delivery Fee VetLab, BSL-2 at the IRF, 2). 3 Chemistry Analyzers - Research Catalyst One, 1 Research VetLab St, 3 Delivery Fee VetLab, BSL-4 at the IRF, 3). 2 Hematology Analyzers - ProCyte, 1 VetLab Station, 2 Delivery Fee: VetLab DX - BSL-4 and 4). 1 Hematology Analyzers - ProCyte, 1 VetLab Station, 1 Delivery Fee: VetLab DX - BSL-2. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTES. This will be a firm fixed price award in accordance with the statutory authority for this sole source requirement 41 U.S.C. 253 (c) (1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1 only one source available, no substitutions possible. All responses in writing shall be submitted to Lawrence Bland Jr. at blandl@nih.gov. All responses received by the closing date will be considered by the Government. A determination not to compete this requirement, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
