- The Naval Oceanographic Office (NAVOCEANO) Contracts Department at Stennis Space Center, MS 39522, hereby formally announces the intent to award a firm-fixed price Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity on a sole source basis under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1 to High Tech, Inc. The contractor will be required to provide High Tech, Inc., model HTI-97-DA/PC Hydrophones with titanium endcaps and Seacon VMK-3-FS/KFLSD on six foot of VSO cable. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals; however, all interested persons that identify to the Contracting Officer their intent and capabilities to satisfy the Government ™s requirement within five calendar days of this notice will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
