Description

The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) intends to award a fixed price purchase order on a sole source basis to Management Leadership for Tomorrow for a seat in the 2020 Career Advancement Program. Management Leadership for Tomorrow is a Minority-Owned, Non-Profit Organization whose mission and offerings include the Career Management Program providing development training to mid-career diverse individuals (primarily African-American, Latino and Native-American) who have demonstrated potential in order to be viable for senior level management positions. The Career Advancement Program aligns with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission's objectives, as required by the Dodd Frank Act Section 342(f), and interest in increasing opportunities for under-represented minorities in Senior Level financial management careers. The contracting officer has determined that Management Leadership for Tomorrow is the only source that can reasonably meet the SEC's requirement in accordance with FAR Part 13.106-1(b). NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (24-AUG-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
