The purpose of this Amendment is to: (1) Release the Government's Answers to Questions received identified as Attachment B. (2) Add Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Clause 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items (Oct 2018). (3) Change Delivery Address for all Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs) and FAR Clause 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items (Oct 2018) "Addendum M". (4) Change FAR 52.212-1 "Addendum M" to provide instructions for submission of w ritten proposal. The closing date for receipt of proposals remains unchanged. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (24-AUG-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
