THANK YOU. 25 August 2019** (1) Action Code. S - Utilities and housekeeping services (2) Subject. SRD ANRA Toilet Pumping IDIQ (3) Description. The USDA FS is soliciting to award a single-award IDIQ contract for regular and as-needed toile maintenance and vault toilet cleaning services at 11 locations spread throughout the Sulphur Ranger District (SRD) Arapaho National Recreation Area (ANRA) under the Arapaho Roosevelt National Forests and Pawnee National Grasslands (ARP). (4) Synopsis Period. 25 August 2019 through 9 September 2019 (5) Contracting Office Address. 2150 Centre Avenue, Bldg. E Fort Collins, CO 80526 (6) Product or Service Code. Z1ND, Maintenance of Sewage and Waste Facilities (7) NAICS Code. 562998, All Other Miscellaneous Waste Management Services (8) Set-aside Status. Total Small Business (9) Proposed Solicitation Number. 1282AT19R0011 (10) Proposed Solicitation Period. Solicitation period anticipated from 25 August 2019 - 13 September 2019. All solicitation documents will be posted to FBO under the solicitation number (see item 9 above). The actual due date will be shown in the solicitation. This period "proposed." (11) Site Visit. See item 12. (12) Pre-proposal Conference. A pre-proposal and site visit is not required and currently not anticipated for this project. However, the site locations are open to the public and can be visited by potential offerors at any time during the solicitation period. Interested offerors should contact the points of contact at item 13 when before planning a visit for specific instructions. (13) Contact Point or Contracting Officer. Klenise Wallace (klenise.wallace@usda.gov) and Jodi King (jodi.king@usda.gov) are the Government contacts for this solicitation. Please include both individuals on any correspondence relating to the pre-solicitation or solicitation package. All questions pertaining to this upcoming solicitation must be submitted in writing, via email to these contacts. (14) Place of Contract Performance. The work is located at 11 recreation sites throughout the Sulphur Ranger District in Colorado. (15) Contract Type: Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract. All associated Task Orders will be Firm Fixed Price (FFP). (16) Contract Award Period of Performance. The anticipated period of performance includes a base period and four (4) option years. The base period is anticipated for award (on or about 27 September 2019) through 31 October 2020. Award of the optional periods are not guaranteed and are always subject to funding availability. The option years will be effective 1 November through 31 October. An option year is not guaranteed. Funding will be based on task order requirements and is always subject to funding availability. (17) Contract Award Date. On or about 27 September 2019 (18) Contract Award Dollar Amount. It is anticipated that the range price of this contract will be: Between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. This magnitude considers the following: Timeline (Base period plus 4 option years). (19) Contractor. TBD following evaluation of competitive proposals. One (1) contractor will be selected for this single-award IDIQ. Contractor must have active registration in SAM IAW FAR 52.204-7. To register, go to https://www.sam.gov/portal/SAM/#1. (20) Additional Information. (20.i) Solicitation 1282AT19R0011. This solicitation or the projected call orders are not meant to replace any existing contracts currently supporting the SRD at this time. Contractors with existing awards for specific work are still welcome and encouraged to bid on this project. (20.ii) Bonding. Bonding is not required for this contract and is not anticipated for any future awarded task orders. (20.iii) Cutoff for Questions and Answers. The cutoff for questions pertaining to this solicitation is Wednesday, 18 September 2019 NLT 1300 MT. Questions must be submitted via email to klenise.wallace@usda.gov and jodi.king@usda.gov. Do not make assumptions. It is better to ask and receive the correct answer than to guess what the Government's intent is for any given subject area.
