- The Library of Congress (Library) requires contractor support to provide periodic preventative maintenance and/or repair of vintage equipment used in film preservation activities at The Packard Campus for Audio Visual Conservation, also known as the National Audio Visual Conservation center (NAVCC), in Culpeper, Virginia. Proposals with price quotes are requested. The Library anticipates the award of one or more Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts with a three year term to result from this solicitation. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (15-JUN-2019).
