- This solicitation is UNRESTRICTED. The U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service's Pacific Regions Contracting and General Services office is issuing a request for quotation for a firm-fixed price construction contract for Asphalt work at Quinault National Fish Hatchery in Humptulips, WA. The magnitude of this construction project is between $25,000 and $100,000. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 289930 and the small business size standard is $15.0 Million. The contractor will be required to complete work under this contract by October 15, 2019. The basis of the award will be the lowest price determined fair and reasonable.
