- This is a pre-solicitation notice. This pre-solicitation notice is not a request for formal quotes. Solicitation 36C24619Q0528 will be issued on or about 29 August 2019. The Department of Veteran Affairs, Hampton VA Medical Center, Hampton Virginia has a requirement for switchboard operators. Contractor to provide 24 hours coverage, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Requirement is for a base and four (4) option years. This acquisition is set aside 100% for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). The applicable NAICS Code is 561421 with a size standard of $15 million. All correspondence and responses shall be via e-mail to Diane.stoskopf@va.gov.
