- Description
- The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following item: PXIe Network Analyzer, part number M9374A (Quantity - 1 each). This requirement is sole sourced to Technical Communities, Inc., 1111 Bayhill Drive Ste 400, San Bruno, CA 94066, as this required part must go on the base system. The other bases parts are being purchased on GSA ontract GS-24F-0066M. Any firms believing that they can provide the products, as a whole unit, may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice. It must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the product without causing programmatic hardship. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
