- This is a Notice of Intent to award a Sole Source contract using simplified acquisition procedures to rent antenna sites from Pinnacle Towers LLC at the following locations Meadow Lakes, CA Pluto Mountain, CA Presson Hill, CA Period of Performance: 10/01/2019 - 09/30/2020 The rent requirement is for encrypted digital radio law enforcement communication. The IRS intends to solicit only one source pursuant to the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) and FAR 6.302-1. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement and submit proposals. All responses received by the response deadline will be considered. A determination not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice or proposed contract action is solely within the discretion of the IRS. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Questions must be emailed to the Primary Point of Contact of this notice no later than the response due date and time. Questions received by fax or telephone will not be accepted and acknowledged.
